Nasan Energies met with the Deputy Minister of Environment, Forestry and Tourism, Hon. Anselm Marungu, and his team on 17 September 2026 as part of the company’s ongoing engagement with key authorities.
The meeting provided an opportunity for Nasan Energies to introduce the company, present its business model and provide an update on its operations and growth within Namibia’s downstream petroleum sector.
Discussions also focused on Nasan Energies’ potential contribution to socio-economic development, including opportunities to support communities and create broader value through its operations and future initiatives.
The engagement further explored potential areas of collaboration between Nasan Energies and the Ministry.
Hon. Marungu welcomed the engagement and indicated that he and his team look forward to working with Nasan Energies as opportunities for collaboration develop.
The meeting forms part of Nasan Energies’ broader stakeholder engagement with key authorities and institutions as the company continues to expand its operations in Namibia.
